The Law Offices of April M. Lavigne was founded March 4, 2020 on over 15 years experience in the Legal Services Industry. Our firm provides the Santa Barbara Community with skilled, yet approachable Estate Planning and Estate Administration services, informed by years of experience in Property Law and Business/Corporate Law.
We are known for exceptional client care and straight forward legal advice. In all cases we seek to collaborate, connect, and educate so that our clients have a plan they understand, and that addresses their unique circumstances.
April M. Lavigne
Born and raised in San Diego, April has called Santa Barbara County home since 1999. After graduating from UC Santa Barbara, April began her study of the law, completing UCSB’s paralegal program with a focus in estate planning.
While working full time in a boutique law firm in Santa Barbara, April attended and graduated Santa Barbara College of Law, earning a specialization in Business Law. April was admitted to the California Bar in 2012.
April’s diversity of experience within a law firm gives her a unique perspective on clients needs, service, and case management, which she applies to her interactions with clients and colleagues – explaining complex legal issues in an approachable manner.
April is a Member of the Santa Barbara Estate Planning Council, Pro Visors, and The Trusts and Estates Section of the California Bar.
